The BISNet PowWow Chat Room. In order to participate in the BISNet Chat Room you will need to have a copy of Pow Wow 3.7 or later.  The software is available at no cost.  If you have a copy, activate it and from inside PowWow, enter the e-mail address of Bill Waymer, za_wwaymer@scsu.scsu.edu.  That will connect you to the BISNet Chat Room. What's PowWow Getting Started FAQs PowWow Users' Guide Text to Speech Abbreviations The chat section contains instructons for authorized BISNet members to use the BISNet Collaboration Room.  It is powered by the Tribal Village PowWow Engine.  The Room is available for staff meetings, conferences, seminars, and other collaborative meetings.  BISNet chats will take place in "real-time" with the capability of the system keeping minutes of the proceedings.
