Prairie View A & M University proudly joins the ranks of distinguished 1890 Colleges and Universities who are developing and delivering programs to rural America through BISNet. This effort will go far toward making the goal of quality living a reality for the limited resource constituents served by the program.

Given the advancements in the Distance Learning and World Wide Web technologies, BISNet will reach far more constituents than would have been possible with conventional methods. Perhaps the greatest news of all is that in due time, the the BISNet method will be refined and presented to other institutions serving 1890 clientele.
